Shipping & Sample Logistics
01
Order Number Requirement
Every order generates a unique Avian Code Order Number. This number is essential for our laboratory tracking system. Please ensure your order is completed and the number is visible before initiating the mailing process.
Ensure your samples reach us in optimal condition. Follow these precise instructions to maintain sample integrity and ensure a smooth laboratory processing workflow.
02
Specimen Labeling
Label each sample container with the following information: Bird Name, Species, Sample Type, and the Avian Code Order Number. This ensures our laboratory staff can accurately cross-reference your specimen with your digital health record.
03
Sample Packaging
Use our provided sample cards or a secure, leak-proof container. Ensure the sample is kept cold if required. Avoid environmental contamination and use a clean, dry cloth to cover the specimen.
04
Shipping Logistics
Use a reliable courier service with tracking. We recommend FedEx or UPS for priority delivery. Ensure your package is securely sealed and labeled with a tracking number for immediate status updates.
Sample Tracking
Monitor your bird's health journey from the moment you order until your results are ready.
